Expression of Interest

Submit an expression of interest with copies of medical, psychological and relevant educational reports. Providing an expression of interest and attending the transition program does not guarantee a placement in our school.

Enrolment Form

With the acceptance letter, you will receive the enrolment forms that will need to be completed and sent back to our office.

• Student Health Care Summery (Form 1)

With the acceptance letter, the following documentation will be required with your Child’s enrolment form:

• Birth Certificate
• Australian Immunisation Register certificate / History statement within the last 3 months
• Proof of Address (current utility bill and land rates or rental agreement)
• Court Order (if applicable)
• Passport and Visa Documentation (if applicable)
